It reads the whole house first

Heat, air and moisture move between rooms whether you ask them to or not. Every selection you make is scored against the rest of the home, not in isolation.

It prioritises fabric before kit

Insulation, shading and draughts go in first; only then does a heat pump or an AC unit need to be specified. The order is what keeps the numbers honest.

It surfaces the best next move

After two or three selections, the planner names the single change that would move comfort, bills or air quality the most from where you are now.

Method

Each improvement contributes an illustrative installed range and a comfort, energy or air quality delta, scaled by your property type. The recommendation engine reads the current selections and orders the most useful next move, with insulation prioritised before sizing a heat pump and storage prioritised after a credible solar plan.
