We're looking for a small number of founding partners who want to help shape how homeowners understand and improve their homes. The first installers we work with will set the standard everyone else is measured against.
Our recommendations come first. Installer listings never change our advice.
Why this isn't another directory
We're not building another installer directory. We're building the place homeowners visit before they decide what they need.
By the time someone reaches the point of asking for a quote, they have already worked through their archetype, understood the trade-offs of each option and built a plan that reflects their home. The brief that lands with a partner is specific, evidenced, and personal to the property.

What working with us actually looks like.
Will you send us good quality leads?
Yes. The brief you receive comes from a homeowner who has identified their property archetype, read the evidence behind each option and built a personalised plan. You're meeting someone who has done the thinking, not someone asking for three prices off a comparison site.
Will homeowners trust the introduction?
Every recommendation on the site is traceable back to a source. We don't take paid placement. The editorial voice is consistent, the evidence is shown, and our independence pledge is published. Homeowners arrive at you having already decided we are the trusted source; that trust extends to the partners we introduce.
Will I be one of hundreds?
No. The network is regionally limited and deliberately small. We would rather one excellent partner per area than ten competing for the same brief. Founding partners help us define what the bar looks like in their region.
Will this still exist in five years?
The platform is being built deliberately, with a knowledge graph and editorial layer that take years to compound. The roadmap below shows where we are today and where the product is heading. Installers join at the point of greatest leverage.

How we will vet installers
The standards we are building against.
These are the criteria we are designing the network around. We will publish the full rubric, including pass and fail thresholds, before the first installer goes live on the site.
Accreditation
MCS, Gas Safe, F-Gas or NICEIC depending on the work. We will publish the criteria we use before we accept any installer.
Responsiveness
We track how quickly partners respond to a brief. Homeowners see a real first-contact time, not a marketing promise.
Quote quality
Quotes are scored against a published rubric: heat loss survey for heat pumps, written assumptions, named equipment, itemised costs.
Homeowner outcomes
After install, we ask homeowners whether the work matched the brief and whether they would use the installer again.
Independence pledge
We will not introduce paid placement or ranking until our vetting criteria and disclosure rules are published. When the directory opens, you will be able to see exactly why an installer appears, in what order, and on what evidence.
